While at home, with the mobile phone screen turned on, ring enabled, running the Focus Tomato with white noise background, or playing focus music playlist on Apple Music.
Study at a library or a coffee shop at times, with the mobile phone in silent mode. If the battery is running low, turn off the screen and let the Focus Tomato running in the background. Sometimes the headset on.
